Museum der Rabenau is to become a cultural center, which serves the research and documentation of the history of Rabenau as well as the collection, preservation and archiving of regional cultural property. It is intended to convey local history to the citizens of Rabenau as well as visitors of the region. The museum is housed in the rooms of the former Londorf school. Everything that can serve to document the history of Rabenau is collected. These can be, for example, tools of traditional crafts, agricultural tools, household items, dishes, linen, furniture, books, documents and much more.
Currently (March 16, 2024) a special exhibition about Jewish life in Rabenau on the occasion of the unveiling of the memorial site for the Jewish families of Londorf, who suffered from the violence and persecution of National Socialism.
There is also an exhibition on the quarries in Londorf and the surrounding towns and on the geology and volcanological past of the Lumda Valley.
