The tab sees itself as an amateur stage that is dedicated to the big and small stage arts, which are always experimenting and breaking new ground and reinventing themselves a little bit. The list of previous plays and their authors also reads very illustriously: detective plays such as "Cards on the Table" (Agatha Christie) alternate with comedies such as "Rumors, rumours" (Neil Simon) or comedy, e.g. "Here you are right". (Camoletti). Things can also get serious, as Edward Bond's play “The Sea” showed. Every year the tab produces at least one full-length production in which the ambitious actors show what they are made of and how versatile they are. Another important mainstay of the tab are the large open-air pieces.
