Information
The museum is housed in the oldest part of the Mengerskirchen castle, a 14th century medieval residence and defense tower with tendril lime-secco paintings. It shows documents from the town's history, clay utensils and works of art, vintage clothes and linen, flax processing equipment, old linen on the bale as well as processed, sacral objects from churches and households, workshop equipment of various crafts, including a functioning nail smithy.
