Information
The museum displays its collections at two locations. The main building in Borngasse houses the department of prehistory and early history, which documents the region's settlement from the Neolithic to Franconian times. Among the most interesting objects are a Roman well and a drugstore, which was built around 1900. The second location, Alte Remise (Rügner Straße 35a), is a part of the former match factory building. The exhibition focuses on the past industries of Pfungstadt, including match making, the tobacco industry and a brick factory.
