The Regional Museum Reichelsheim Odenwald has set itself the goal of preserving the historical past of Reichelsheim and its region, the memory of the local ancestors and their centuries-old communities but also of promoting culture and contributing to the further education of the population. It supports the goals of the UNESCO Geopark. It is divided into departments to carry out its tasks. The members of the Working Group Regional Museum Reichelsheim Odenwald (AK RRO) realize the goals of the museum. The regional museum, located in the former central and town hall of the Gersprenz valley community, was built in 1554. The reading room also serves as a reference library for the regional museum's literature collection. Information sheets sre available.
