Information
The Fischbach Fossil Museum houses one of the largest private paleontological fish collections. Fossilized fish from all geological eras are presented. The oldest exhibits come from the Silurian age (449 million years), the youngest from the Earth's modern age, the Pliocene age (14 million years). There are also ammonites and amphibians and, as a special attraction, dinosaurs. These exhibits make the Private Paleontological Museum a worthwhile destination for families, as well as kindergartens and schools.
