Information
Permanent exhibitions introduce the work of Johann Emil Franke. The well-known painter "Hanny Franke" (1890-1973) spent the last years of his life in Eschborn. His legacy of demanding landscape motifs include the city and the surrounding area is presented in the museum. A separate section is devoted to the discussion of the Knights of Kronberg, the free city of Frankfurt and the battle of Eschborn in 1389. The kroberg knights emerged victorious from the feud. The most valuable artefacts from Alemanni graves include dress pins of precious metal and bronze basin.
