Information

The museum of Miltenberg is composed of four houses. It focusses on seven key topics: the history of the houses and their residents, the Roman era in Miltenberg and the history of the previous settlement Walehusen. A collection of Jewish and Christian ceremonial art illustrates the religious history of the communities. A large collection of historical items shows the everyday life of Miltenberger citizens. The Bavarian period of 19th century is represented together with an exhibition of the painter Philipp Wirth. The gallery shows views of the town as well as pictures of local artist.
