Information

Time travel through the Laubach country! The historical tour of the ground floor begins with the pre- and early historical settlement and ends with the formation of the large community Laubach in the 1970s. Against the background of the general events of the day, visitors are familiarized with texts, pictures and objects with special features of the Laubach area. They can see how the independent county of Solms-Laubach was built, how Laubach became a royal residence, how Rev. Cervinus described the Thirty Years' War, how the Laubach Land in the Grand Duchy of Hesse was celebrated, why Friedrich Kellner kept a secret journal – and much more!
