WITH OVER 450 EVENTS, THE SCHLACHTHOF IS THE LARGEST CONCERT / CULTURAL ORGANISER IN THE RHINE-MAIN AREA. Today, in the 28th year of its existence, the socio-cultural centre, which is still run as a collective, is one of the largest concert/cultural organisers in the Rhine-Main area - and thus more than just a "soft" location factor. Despite all its growth, the Schlachthof has never lost its integrity. Located in the middle of the developing "Kulturpark", it has had a new event hall since 2012 that offers space for over 2,400 guests. Right next door in the renovated, over 100-year-old water tower, the small concert hall "Kesselhaus" for 300 guests and the restaurant "60/40" with garden restaurant, also located in the cultural centre, have been in place since spring 2015.
