Fashion, music, and dance as it was in the old days, plus one of Hesse's most beautiful arts and crafts markets – experience the Belle Époque at the Art Nouveau Festival in Bad Nauheim. The festival takes place on September 13th and 14th, 2025, at the Trinkkuranlage (drinking spa complex). Gentlemen in tailcoats and top hats, ladies in elegant gowns, amidst beautiful Art Nouveau architecture: Bad Nauheim celebrates the heyday of the Belle Époque. The Art Nouveau Festival attracts people from all over Germany. Highlights include the historic bicycles and penny farthings, which can be admired and tried out, as well as the dance and music performances that fill the festival grounds with life. All city-run events are free of charge. Regular admission is required for the Bad Nauheim Art Nouveau Forum. Paintings, fashion, jewelry, glass and ceramic art, and special stationery from around 1900 – the large arts and crafts market as part of the Art Nouveau Festival offers an impressive selection of souvenirs, mementos, and beautiful things. In addition, numerous restorers demonstrate their craftsmanship and restore furniture, picture frames and more in front of everyone.
