The e-werk was once an electricity plant where steam engines were used to produce electricity for the Bad Homburg tram, among other things. Today, it is a cultural and educational institution run by the city of Bad Homburg with a biannual workshop programme for young people and children as well as events for all age groups. In the café on the ground floor you will find information and a cosy meeting place in the middle of the city.
