High atop the Seckbach hillside, the 18.65-hectare Huthpark combines sporty dynamism with historical elegance. While joggers do their laps under monumental avenues of linden and oak trees, fitness enthusiasts work out at the modern fitness facility overlooking the Main Valley. Especially in spring (April to June), the park offers a unique natural spectacle: meadows the size of eight football fields transform into a delicate pink sea of meadowsweet.
The architectural highlight is the listed pavilion rotunda from 1929. Today, it houses the Café Bergstation, whose summer terrace and view of the Lohrberg make it one of the most beautiful spots for a break in Frankfurt's east. Whether playing football on the pitch, enjoying tobogganing in winter, or relaxing in the medicinal plant garden – in 2026, Huthpark is more than ever an indispensable public park for all generations.
