Information

In the heart of Hattersheim lies a "secret garden" that transports visitors back to the 19th century. Originally laid out around 1880 as a magnificent garden for the wealthy Schlocker family, this 1,200-square-meter gem was faithfully restored in 2006.

Behind the neoclassical ensemble of the Nassauer Hof, an idyllic scene awaits, featuring boxwood-edged lawns and historic trellises. Particularly impressive is the over 100-year-old boxwood solitaire, a living relic standing amidst young fruit trees. Whether for a civil wedding ceremony in the garden or a relaxing break under the majestic plane tree in the beer garden, here you can experience bourgeois garden culture at its finest. A hidden gem for gourmets and history buffs!
