Information

The striking half-timbered building with a clock tower was built around 1800 as a town hall with an integrated bakery and fire station for the community of Arnoldshain. The village school was also temporarily housed here. Today it is the headquarters of the Hochtaunus Geschichtsvereins e.V. (History Association), which uses the house as a local museum and community archive. Exciting temporary exhibitions and photo openings take place in the Old Town Hall. It is also a contact point for those interested in questions about local history.
