The exhibition includes a detailed presentation of the living world of a small village family around 1910. The home furnishings in the usually small and low rooms have been reconstructed on two floors. Down to the smallest details, furnishings, linen and old consumer goods are presented in a timely manner. Even the chests and cupboards hold exactly those items that were originally kept there. Nothing is beautified; life in its simplicity is truthfully documented.
