The Evangelical Public Library is a particular focus of the Evangelical Church Community of Bechtolsheim, which is also supported by the local community. For over thirty years, the library's huge and always up-to-date offerings have been located in the basement of the Evangelical Youth Home. Everything can be found, from children's and young adult literature to non-fiction books and reading pleasure for adults to current films and radio plays. Special events such as reading nights or book flea markets always delight visitors.
