The Dreieich Museum is located in the middle of the castle complex of Hayn Castle. In the spring of 2011, it went from the district of Offenbach to the history and Heimatverein e. V. Dreieichenhain (GHV). On the upper floor of the museum, the permanent exhibition that opened in 2017 can be seen. Visitors can look forward to an exciting journey through time from the early Middle Ages, when Hayn was still the administrative center of the imperial banister forest, to the area reform in 1977, in which five communities joined together to form the city of Dreieich. Each district presents itself with an interesting history.
