Information
The Cathedral Museum shows the special function of religious museums: numerous exhibits are accessible to the visitor, while remaining in the liturgical context founding their existence. They are thus not only testimonials to their material substance, but also to their function and their meaning within the place. Therefore, the cathedral museum is at the same time sacristy and museum, treasury and reservoir, place of contemplation and preservation.
