The exhibition outlines Georg Büchners life, from his birth in Goddelau to his exile in Zurich and his legacy in literature and theater. The library collects literature about Büchner, letters from his family and friends, first editions and special editions of his work.
Art gallery in the annexe: as well as hosting changing art exhibitions, this is also where civil wedding ceremonies for the town of Riedstadt, known as ‘Büchnerstadt’, take place.
