Key message

In August 2026, the Jewish Community of Frankfurt is organising a summer open-air cultural programme designed to bring people together and celebrate diversity and Jewish culture through film and music.

Programme overview

5 & 6 August 2026: Open-air cinema in the courtyard of the Ignatz Bubis Community Centre. The films ‘The Everything Pot’ and ‘Matchmaking 1 & 2’ (original versions with German subtitles) will be screened.

Admission: €12 (concession €10), combined ticket for both ‘Matchmaking’ films: €20 (concession €16).

18 August 2026: Concert to mark the end of the ‘Summer in the City’ series in the Palmengarten’s bandstand. Performance by the Israeli-Iranian singer Liraz, featuring a mix of electro-pop, funk, and Persian and Israeli sounds.

Admission: Advance booking €29 / on the door €33.
