A HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE MUSEUM
The 50-er-Jahre-Museum is run with great attention to detail and takes visitors back to the time of the economic miracle, rock ‘n roll and youth rebellion. There is plenty to discover in the fully furnished corner shop. The authentically furnished milk bar and the shop gallery, complete with a well-stocked newsagent’s, a radio shop and a hairdresser’s, are among the highlights of the exhibition.
The 50-er-Jahre-Museum Büdingen organises annual concerts and film evenings which are presented in the small hall of the milk bar.
