Winfried Gärtner's passion of building dollhouses started in 2001, the year his granddaughter was born. "Winni's Dollhouse Museum" is located in his workshop behind his house, where visitors will find the ten largest dollhouses he created. Although the dollhouses are too small for ordinary people to live in them, they are 1.8 m wide and two metres high, they are a wonderful home to families like the Kleinschmidts. However, as the space in the workshop became ever narrower, a "secondary branch" of the Puppenhaus Museum with just under 100 square meters has now been opened in the clubhouse at the station in Hainstadt. There, visitors can now find 75 exhibits of the smaller dollhouses and parlors, all created and furnished with great attention to detail.
