Information

The Giersch Museum of the Goethe University is dedicated to diverse and little-explored topics from art, culture and science in changing presentations - with the geographical interface of the Rhine-Main region. The museum was opened in 2000 by the Giersch Foundation and has been part of Frankfurt Goethe University since 2015. With its exhibitions, publications and educational and outreach programmes, it is aimed at a broad public.
As a university institution, the museum works together with partners from research, teaching and the collections of the Goethe University.
